Designed with a spa-like feel, this hospitality design focuses on  commercial renovation, transforming a drab and outdated existing building into a sophisticated environment for club members and guests. Spaces include a poolside lounge, yoga and pilates studios, a high tech interactive zone along with new locker rooms and showers.  A fresh updated color palate and natural materials contributed to the spa-like feeling in the lockers and showers. 

The hospitality design incorporated an outdoor stair tower which became a signature element for the property and feature of this commercial renovation.
