Designed with a spa-like feel, this hospitality design focuses on  commercial renovation, transforming a drab and outdated existing building into a sophisticated environment for club members and guests. Architectural designed spaces include a poolside lounge, yoga and pilates studios, a high tech interactive zone along with new locker rooms and showers.  A fresh updated color palate and natural materials contributed to the spa-like feeling in the lockers and showers.  The hospitality design incorporated an outdoor stair tower with a custom metal screen which became a signature element for the property and feature of this commercial renovation.  Warm modern neutral materials such as natural pebble tile and sophisticated wood tones enhance the space.  Views to the pool and from adjacent buildings were carefully considered in this renovation, adding a modern signature to the Briar Club.
