People often say “do you really live here?” The answer is YES and we have a real family with lots of stuff. The reality is living with minimal design doesn’t have to be difficult if you plan appropriately during the design phases for distributed storage places throughout the home so things can have a home in the areas that make sense.
Kitchens are often one location that accumulate clutter. In Tripartite house we designed a motorized hidden appliance garage flush into the aluminum backsplash, providing a home for small appliances which can be opened and used without having to lift items.
A flatscreen TV has also concealed in the upper cabinet providing functionality while maintaining a clean look.
Panel front appliances also contribute to the minimal look concealing a dishwasher, and drawer refrigeration.
